Dogs will "wipe" to cover the scent of eliminating so it's perfectly normal that she is doing that. I haven't heard of females going on mailboxes and things like that but I suppose it's no different than a male marking the spot. I would say she is perfectly normal and wouldn't think about it.

No of course not. My dog does that all the time and sends grass flying. When taking him for his yearly vet check, she said hes perfectly healthy. Also your dog urinates on your mailbox to get her scent on to it. This tells dogs who come to sniff the mailbox,that the mailbox is "her" property and her's only. I'ts normal behavier and my dog does these things all the time.

Just leaving her mark everywhere she can & when she kicks, she's spreading her scent through the air. Nothing abnormal.
