Sure have. It's called depression. The best cure is close friends, family, a fun hobby, and time to chill. When I say chill I mean meditate. Or just focus on your breathing.
I once read all stress in the body is stemmed from too much Carbon Dioxide in the brain. Practice breathing in through your nose slowly, and out through your mouth fully. Do this once a day for about 10-20 min. See if you feel better in a week.
If all else fails, call upon Mary JANE

Waiting is just a waste of time. If that's how you frequently feel, perhaps you might benefit from sort of counseling, or, give yourself learning opportunities like watching the history, discovery, science TV productions.
You gave no indication of your age or gender, but it really makes no difference. Most importantly, get a life.

Yes. It's just depression. The most effective treatment is aerobic exercise. Try running early in the morning and cutting out caffeine after 3pm. *hugs*

We are all dying since the second we were born. I think about death a lot and it's pretty scary but I try to keep my mind off it by drinking beer.

Yeah and I referred to it as 'existing' then I got help for my depression. If you feel that way maybe you are depressed too. Meds don't cure the feeling but they sure help.
