I have black heads on my cheek, close to my nose and above my upper lip just below my nose. They're too close to my nose for me to pinch them. Is there a product I can buy at the store that'll remove them? Because sometimes, they get dark.... really dark.

The key to getting rid of black heads is to clear away old skin cells to unblock pores & get rid of excess oil. Products w/ benzoyl peroxide will help to kill germs and reduce oiliness.
Mechanical exfoliation is good for clearing pores and steam facials will help open pores & loosen black heads.

Here are some product recommendations, home remedies & facial how tos:
1) Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask - has benzoyl peroxide & clay. I prefer to use it as a mask.

2) Oxy 10 Face wash

3) Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Cleansing Pads - has exfoliating side that will help remove dead skin cells

Other remedies:
Add a bit of water to 2-3 tblsp. of baking soda to make a paste & use it as face scrub. Use gentle pressure.

Or you can crush up 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask.

Milk of Magnesia - apply in thin layer where needed & allow to dry 5-10 mins. Will absorb oil & tighten pores.

Mixture: 6 crushed uncoated aspirins, mixed with the liquid facial cleanser at hand (I usually use either cetaphil or tersaseptic), and 1-2 drops of tea tree oil.

Mix half a teaspoon of crushed uncoated aspirin tablets with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask or aloe vera gel to use as a mask.

Use about 6 uncoated tablets, witch hazel, tee trea oil, and aloe to make a thin paste.

For toner:
8 ounce bottle of distilled water add four uncoated aspirin
or
mix of 1/2 water, 1/2 witch hazel, 15 aspirin, and 2 drops of tea tree essential oil and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil

Steam Facial:

Start getting regular facials (1 per week). If you cant afford them see if you have a beauty school in your area that does them they are way cheaper. They will start the process w/out damaging your skin. They use a special technique called the Dr. Jacquet Movement to get even the impacted ones out. They do sell extractors for blackheads but be careful they can easily damage your skin. If you use your fingers wrap them w/ a wet paper towel or toilet paper so you dont damage your skin. i recommend doing this only after a steamy shower while your pores are still open.

i comprehend a lot of topical products declare to do away with blackheads, whether it is totally illogical. Blackheads improve a not uncomplicated real to them that not even the cruelest of ointments and what have you ever can wreck by. i could propose which you have an prolonged, warm bathe to soften the floor on your face (or you are able to steam your face by potential of intently leaning your face 20cm over a bowl of basically-boiled water for 5 - 10 minutes with a towel over your head to capture the steam), then pat your epidermis dry and sanitise your palms. Take a sparkling bobby pin and use the attention of it to softly squeeze around the blackhead, helping the section below at the same time with your thumb. while it is been emptied, sanitise the bobby pin and proceed the technique until you have gotten rid of as many as you are able to. This technique shouldn't harm. If it does, you're detrimental your epidermis and subsequently could desire to end. once you're finished, take a sparkling cotton pad with some toner on it and sweep it over your nostril. this could soothe the section and eliminate any airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust or whatnot from the floor of your epidermis. you do not could desire to apply the bobby pin technique every day by potential of any potential; a million - 2 circumstances a fortnight sounds approximately precise. continuously determine your palms are sanitised, or you're risking the spreading of micro organism. one greater element i could desire to characteristic in is that those blackhead strips you notice do not artwork. Your nostril has a lot of tiny little hairs starting to be from the floor (called "peach fuzz"; present all around the face), and those blackhead strips are finally waxing those off your nostril which will reason destiny problems with the hair strengthen by potential of retarding the follicle, inflicting a number of the hairs to grow to be ingrown.

Yeah actually you should try to search your local drug store and look for a Mint Julup facial mask. It's in a green and white tube like bottle. It specializes in cleaning out the pores. I use it all the time and I love it. Plus check out BIORE's line of "pore cleansing" products.

Biore makes a line of pore cleansing products that you might want to look into. Also, Clean & Clear has a blackhead face scrub that I use, and it seems to be working fairly well.
