Since a lot of religious folk have a hard time with evolution. And atheist swear by it. Can't we all just get along.

Adam and eve supposedly started it all, right believers? Well if this is true and evolution were not, then how come we have many different races upon this giant rock? I think you could admit that creation exists and so does evolution. God, is the unsolved mystery in this time.

The point of this question was to make people think of things other than their tiny opinion based on their addictions to their usual answer to this question.

I already know the answers.

And the godS said: "Let US create man in our own image". Then they went at it through trial and error finally figured it out. The only thing they left out was the longevity genes. They made sure that Man could never reach the lifespan of their creator gods. Read the very modern sounding creation report in "The lost Book of Enki" You will be surprised. It is like reading a modern text about genetic engineering which mentions all the strands of DNA they manipulated, the genes etc.

That is a good question.

God made men intelligent to learn about the earth. This was more important for survival more than anything else.

The real reason for religion is that God already manifested himself to the first parents, Adam and Eve. That's why all races and cultures are aware of a Deity and spiritual presences all over the earth. This is what I believe. Because if man made up god then there is no reason for man to believe in any god.

Scientific theories is man's attempt to understand his universe based on the knowledge he learned. Any anomalies and he searches for new theories to answer them. Evolution is correct in the area of mic-evolution. Where an original species of plants, or animals, etc will produce a different variety of sub species and its kind. That is biblical and scientifically observable.

But macro evolution where the variety of all species of life comes from one source has been a different scientific theoretical story.

I am a devout Catholic and am currently in a Bible study Group with our local parish Priest who is quite Holy I assure you. The one thing I know for sure is The Bible is not a science book nor a cronological history book. The book of Genesis was written to refute other creation stories at the time from chaotic and pagan nations who were in total dissaray. It was written to show that God has order and peace. Adam and Eve were likely not the only ones created but are essential in our salvation history concerning Gods' relationship to man. This would fit in the marriages of their offsprings. God is about family and community, I see no reason as to the possiblity of creation being formed as such.

Who's to say that God did not breath the life in an ape man and give him the spirit of Christ within him which would then make him beautiful as sin makes one look ugly over time.
That is not to say that you judge someone by their looks but you can tell if someone has lived a rough life and is full of bad. There outer appearance turns ugly as Satan was once the most beautiful angel but is now grotesque

If evolution is Considered you must admit that God is involved somewhere in that creation. On the other hand scientist have agreed that they do not have a true transitional fossil from ape to man

" I think you could admit that creation exists and so does evolution. God, is the unsolved mystery in this time."

I really liked that line, gets to the root of the matter

also like this line from patrone07 "Maybe, God used the big bang to create the universe and evolution to create life."

God is the author of the universe so what ever science discovers, GOd created.. Maybe, God used the big bang to create the universe and evolution to create life. Genesis doesn't specifically tell us HOW GOd created life, but that he is the creator, which is most important. In the end, As Christians we should focus on Christ, not evolution.

Do you know why we have different races in this world?

We are living in different places beyond the heat of the sun and the climate in every place changed. Dark races suffers more heat of the sun that in the cooler place and thier place of residence is always on a hot temperature while in cool places it is cold and the sun shines not very hot.

If you put off the skin of every individual we all look the same because it is on the skin where race is being detected. The skin make the difference. understand?

No Adam and Eve did not "start it all". God Created it all. There is evidence of evolution within species, no one denies that. However, To say that we all evolved from some random event in a primordial cesspool, that is where evolution theory breaks down. There is not such evidence.

Just because Adam & Eve were of a particular race (whatever that means) does not mean that in the intervening time people's genetic traits could not change.

Plus their children could have (and did, according to the Bible) intermarry with people who were not blood descendants of the first spiritual couple (Adam & Eve).

well if it were proven that the black race was indeed the first race of people on earth I would believe you. But every article that I've read concerning DNA testing leaves the researchers scratching their heads cause DNA test shows that the black race was not the first race. Which race was first huh? Evolution doesnt make any since to me
