White, Off White, tan, or matching shade or just a bit darker of dusty rose.... I prefer anything except white, it is too bright for a dusty rose dress!
Also, it depends on the length of the dress and where you are going?

I think that white or silver shoes would go nice with a dasty rose dress.

I think either dyed to match or silver would look good. I actually think silver would be better and then they can be worn with other clothing later.

it might depend on the color of accessories or purse if you may want to use if you have a black purse where black shoes, if you have a white purse then white shoes.
