You somehow know that she likes you more or less and you want to trust your feelings for her which are quite deep but she is taking little or no initiative. Dazed and confused.

Sometimes its good to go with your instincts...depends on how long its been since she said No* when you asked her out.,did she give you a reason? If she's not taking the initiative...then perhaps you can just start talking to her more, does she go on msn msger or yahoo msger you can hook up and find out more bout each other.....then in a few weeks ask her out again.
Nothing to lose other than her saying No* but she could say YES*:)
Find out things she likes..to do, kind of food she likes best .fav. dessert, fav.flower, fav, music/band, fav.movie that she's watch recently or wants to see.....
GoodLuck*

If you asked her out for a specific occasion, and she said no, but gave a reason, then you could ask her out again. But if she says no to the idea of dating you in general, do both yourselves a favor, and lay off. You're probably just reading more into her feelings than there is. "No" does not mean yes!

u only gotta choose for it guy! only tell her how u experience approximately her. i know it may be difficult, or embarassing, yet what's the worst that would desire to ensue, ya understand? what? will she say no? if no longer, then, only proceed to be friends along with her. yet whilst u dont ask, u'll on no account understand if she might've pronounced definite. so... only choose for it guy!!! u may be disillusioned, yet u might no longer be, so take a threat, and it only might pay off.

If you have received no for an answer then move on. If she really likes you she will come around. If she shows interest in you then , ask her out. If she declines she is playing hard to get and you definately need to move on.

I dont have an answer for your question but i'm married to a person that i said NO to on several occasions, then he finally stopped asking. i said no to him because i'm a really shy person. then one time we were at a party and i got up the nerve to go ask him out HAHAHAHA she could just be scared or nervous, give her time

If you already received her answer of no, why ask anymore? How do you know she likes you if she won't go out with you? I think it might be wishful thinking on your part. Deal with the rejection and move on.

Hang out with her...don't force the issue. You've already told her what you want and how you feel about her. If she wants anything more to do with you then she'll let you know.

lol, i'm kinda in that kind of situation, he's asked me several times, i've been saying no b/c i'm not interested in a romantic relationship. i only want to be friends. she knows that you like her, right? just be her friend then at least you'll be around her. if you keep pushing it, she might come to want to avoid you very diligently. don't make her have to become creative in that art, lol

If she already said no than let it go. If she does have some feelings for you she will come to you. Don't stop talking to her altogether, just don't ask her out anymore.
