The amount of water that people should drink varies dpending on body weight. You should drink a minimum of a half ounce of water for every pound of body weight. So, if you weigh 200 lbs., you should drink 100 ounces of water.

to loose weight water should be ur only drink u drink
be active and make sure u dont dehydrate
just drinking water cant make u loose weight but substituding drinks like soda with water can help

6-8 glasses to keep healthy
and to lose water weight, not consumed water, spit
it's simple and it helps to dramatically decrease weight after time, for wrestling and other sports
but other than that, keep to a healthy amount of water consumed

sumone told me that 8 glasses of cold water a day will make u lose a pound every month guaranteed. its a pretty slow method of weight loss though, u shuldnt count on it.

8 glasses - 8oz each, so that's 64oz a day minimum. i wouldn't recommend more than 12 glasses a day - too much pressure on kidneys.
