Hi Bluebootz,
Yes, you're right. I wouldn't say it was ever-changing but, that aside, I agree.
Fancy reading a book which deals really, really well with these difficult concepts?
Try 'One Taste' by Ken Wilber.
There is Immanence, the original Source.
Immanence moves into manifestation by way of energy.
Can we, in some way, experience that? Yes.
Learn to meditate. I wouldn't particularly reccomend TM for your purpose. Try Zazen or something similar.
It can take a little while!
Jon C

Edit.
I've just corrected the spelling of the book's title.

God's Particle :

"There is great excitement at the European Particle Physics Centre.
In 1960 Peter Higgs suggested that there was a small elementary particle of matter, a bosun, which gave other small particles mass.
After 40 years of experimentation and at a cost of £6 billion the scientists are 99% certain that they have found it.
Higgs suggested that the universe is permeated by an undetectable form of energy that has since become known as the Higgs field.
This field interacts with the elementary particles that make up ordinary matter. This interaction results in the formation of Higgs bosuns that affect matter particles and give them their mass.
Without these bosuns, or if they had slightly different properties, then stars, planets and life could never have evolved."

"Will the Large Hadron Collider (6 billion dollar experiment finally reveal the elusive God particle ??"

Cheers

We are all energy. Thoughts are energy, waves.... which can influence everything. The cosmos is nothing but a vast sea of interacting, oscillating waves able to manifest anything perceivable. However - there is no perception of anything without an all pervading intelligence...... we are part of and also represent.

Energy is just basically our capacity to do work. It's also usable heat or power that comes from different sources besides humans.

Humanity is not part of an energy force. Rather we were created by a Being that is Being itself - God. He is infinite but we are finite, meaning we have a beginning.

Your assumption is in fact the Truth of univese. Tantra philosophy and shakta paath of hinduism confirms this

As per Tantra, the Supreme Consciousness (called god) divides into consciousness + Energy.

This eneregy is not blind, mechanical energy as understood by scientists... that mechanical energy is lowest manifestation of that Energy

This Energy is called Adi-Shakti (eternal force)...and is self conscious

So whole of our being except soul (which is pure consciousness i.e.shiva)....whole of us be it our ego, our mind, our body, our will power etc... is manifestation of that eternal energy.

This energy can be felt during meditation and with deep meditation one reaches Samadhi, where we become one with the Energy first and then return to our pure-self i.e. energy and consciousness return to Supreme ( Turiya, Aum,Bramh , prama shiva, krishna)

You are right. As we progress to become more enlightened we become more able to feel it, see it and know it. Yes, there are people on earth who know these mysteries, and many prophets before who also knew it.

Energy is the stuff of the universe, and we are as eternal and infinite as God...

Doctrine and Covenants 93:23-29; 36

23 Ye were also in the beginning with the Father; that which is Spirit, even the Spirit of truth;

24 And truth is knowledge of things as they are, and as they were, and as they are to come;

25 And whatsoever is more or less than this is the spirit of that wicked one who was a liar from the beginning.

26 The Spirit of truth is of God. I am the Spirit of truth, and John bore record of me, saying: He received a fulness of truth, yea, even of all truth;

27 And no man receiveth a fulness unless he keepeth his commandments.

28 He that keepeth his commandments receiveth truth and light, until he is glorified in truth and knoweth all things.

29 Man was also in the beginning with God. Intelligence, or the light of truth, was not created or made, neither indeed can be....

... 36 The glory of God is intelligence, or, in other words, light and truth.

So God was with us in the beginning... a greater intelligence than us, and he has helped us and nurtured us over millenia, to become as we now are. He wants us to continue to increase in light and knowledge to become as He is.

These are teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Other religions on earth also have these teachings, as God has always sent prophets to earth, to reveal his truths unto any who would hear.

In those terms, it's concentrated action that knows itself as an identity. (Your assumption is correct.) It is an inexhaustible fountain of being and vitality that is within and behind all that is. Yes, we can feel it, see it, hear it, and know it. We are born of it and we ARE it.
