In this book it speaks of a false prophet who will persuade many. He tell children to go against their parent in Matt 10:34-36 and again in Matt 12:46-50 and again in Luke 14:26. In the old testament God the creator made it a commandment to honor you father and mother. It just seems to me that Jesus contradicts many of God's own teachings. Feel free to write to me and I will show you more of what I have found. God bless everyone of you who reads this question.

The context of these verses in Deuteronomy talks about the people entering Canaan with it's pagan peoples and God warns them not to follow their ways and as a result turn them away from worshipping the true and living God. This text and others in the Bible proof that even Satan has miraculous powers, that's why we need to use discernment.

Jesus' coming and life was foretold hundreds of years before His birth by OT prophets and His coming fulfilled them. For example, that He would be born of a virgin.

As to the verses in the New Testament about Jesus: Jesus was saying in these verses that He needs to be our FIRST love, above all human relationships, and other loves are considered "hate" in comparison.

As to the passage in Matth. 12:46-50 Jesus was pointing out, once we become children of God, fellow followers of Jesus become our closest family members. Once you have become a child of God and received His Holy Spirit, you will notice that. You meet with other believers and there is immediately a close bond with them as if you had known them for years.

he definitely was a false prophet. He said while talking to hos followers that not all would die before they seen him come again in glory. Scriptures tell us that even if someone comes and does miracles and trys to lead us Jews astray from true worship, then he is a false prophet. Jesus claimed to be God. That is an outright lie because God never became a man. Besides God tell us the he is not a man that he should lie. There is not one reference to a man dying for another man's sins being acceptable to God. The Christian bibles have been purposely mistranslated to lead one to THINK that this man is the messiah. The true mosiach will have an earthly mother and father, descend from King David, bring peace to the earth and the laws of the Tanakh will be worldwide. Also no one who has been a follower of this false messiah has ever duplicated his supposed miracles even tho he said his disciples would do greater miracles then he. Has any Christian walked on water?

Jesus is God, so to even think of Him as a false prophet is blasphemy.

The false prophet to come is the anti-Christ - so named because he is against Christ! The scripture shows that the devil will enter into a human body and take over the mind and rule through that individual. He most likely will come from Europe and the seat of the ten nation confederacy will be where he rules from.

I believe I know the scriptures you speak of where you think Christ contradicts God's teachings, but you are wrong in this also. Since Christ is God He cannot contradict Himself.

I am sure you are not a Christian. If you were a Christian you would have an understanding of the scriptures that the Holy Spirit would give you because the Bible says the Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth, and that He points to Jesus as Saviour and Lord.

Read I Corinthians 2:14 - "The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned." This means that the natural (unsaved) man cannot possibly discover the truth of God's word because it can only be properly understood by those who are taught by the Holy Spirit.

in the Bible, A prophet became into in essence a preacher. some have been given particular ability (i.e. Moses, Elijah, Elisha, and so on). there'll continuously be a "remnant" with the aid of fact the Bible call it. a set of believers. And, with the aid of fact we are likened to sheep in the Bible then we desire a Shepherd or somebody to steer the flock. God continues to be calling Pastors yet no person has the Apostolic miracle know-how that he gave to the Prophets of old. The passage which you're touching on speaks approximately fake Prophets that come preaching: "yet another Jesus, yet another Spirit or yet another gospel," then we are to careful of them. Jesus became into letting us comprehend, for the time of the apostle Paul that there could be some who look plenty like Christians that some could be perplexed. the nice and comfortable button is, comprehend the real Jesus, the real Holy Spirit and the real Gospel and you will haven't any issue discerning the sheep and the wolves.

When the Old Testament speaks of different groups in society behaving in a stereotypical fashion, this seems to be indicative of a time period when people have latched onto mythological types big-time for inspiration as to moral behaviour. Mythology uses psychic images with words to string them together. It is a public liturgy and has roles for everybody to mime in public basically.

Matthew 10 is a quote from Micah which describes a society in which there is nobody righteous and you can't trust your family either. Micah says in the next verse after the one Jesus quoted that he will wait on his God. The apostle Paul also referred to a similar thought in Romans 3. This has to do with observation of the law, which operates according to mythological concepts, as it is a continuing exploration of morality, as mythology positions participants for right spiritual action for this life or the next. Paul uses this to show that God's righteousness is revealed through faith in Jesus.

It's really a question of whether more of the same thing that caused the familial rifts in the first place is going to be the solution. Jesus said it wouldn't. People had to go through him to understand the love of the Father. Malachi 4:5, 6 says: "See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the Lord comes. He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction." Jesus himself said that John the Baptist was the Elijah that was promised. (Matthew 11:14)

Colossians 2:18 shows that people worship angels. An angel is a messenger. The kind of worship here is threskeia, which means external religion or rites or ceremonies. It's not the same as listening to messages in relationships. I think this is how mothers are treated. This is why the message of the Bible is as in James 4 - to turn laughter to mourning. It really is just like Micah and Jesus said. It's not like families are doing fine and Jesus' sayings make things worse. One of the fruits of the Spirit is patience. Jesus said in Matthew 7 24, "Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock." Ecclesiastes 7:4 says: "The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning, but the heart of fools is in the house of pleasure."

No , it is speaking of the abomination that causes desolation that is Satan (2nd Thessalonians ). The anti- christ is Satan and comes pretending to be god/christ. How can you tell the real christ from the anti-christ? Because we will all know at the very same time when the real Christ shows up.You will not have to tell anybody , nor will anybody have to tell you when the real christ is here. Again we will all know it at the very same time. Mathew 24; verse 26 explains this.

NO, this is why:

"But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed." Isaiah 53:5

Many Jews ignored the old testament prophecies that the messiah had to suffer/die/resurrect for their sins first, instead they chose to focus on the messiah's victorious battles (of which Jesus will fullfill in his 2nd coming) God bless!

No, he is not the false prophet and you misunderstand the text you are quoting. When He says children shall be against their parents He is prophesying about what we see today. In families there are parents who believe and children who do not and vice versa. Also, you see children who are incredibly disrespectful and families torn apart. He wasn't suggesting division is a good thing, just that it will occur.
