You don't say much.
Does she live alone? Or with a male?
If she lives with a male keep them in there, she knows what to do, and how to look after them.
If there are babies inside the eggs, (if she lives with a male)
then ask your vet how to look after them. And go to the library and get some books out on cockatiels.

If she lives alone, then the eggs are empty. Even if she sits on them (and she lives alone), the eggs are empty.
Leave them in there until she stops caring, or after a couple of weeks remove them. She will probably hate you doing this. But if you can get her out of the cage before you take them,
she won't notice.
She will carry on fine without them.
You can blow the eggs if you want to keep them.
Just prick a hole in the top and bottom of the eggs and blow it out, into the toilet or something.
My cocatiel layed 10 unfirtile eggs as she lives alone.
I did pretty much what i advised you to do, and she is fine.
Good luck

If she doesn't have a mate, the eggs are not fertile.
If you have a pair, you need to provide a nest box with some proper bedding in it, and she will lay her eggs in it. You can buy one at a pet store or make one. Keep the male with her because they will both care for the eggs and chicks, and it would be really hard for the mother to do it alone.
Cockatiels with eggs get very territorial and they will not be happy to have your hand in their cage. This is normal, and it doesn't mean they don't like you anymore. They are just protecting their babies.

If you only have one cockatiel than the egg isn't fertile. Throw it out. If there are two birds the egg is fertilized and you should provide a nesting box. The mother will incubate them.10 days after they hatch take them out for handfeeding(this is optional however it is good to get birds used to humans at an early age.

If you only have one bird then you need to leave her with her eggs until 21 days or until she leaves them.If you remove the eggs she will lay more and that could be very stressful and take alot out of her.

Make sure you have a small nesting box with a little soft hay inside. The rest will be left up to the parents. You can make one or buy a nesting box from your local pet store.

if they are fertilized, u can decide whether to keep the babies or not, if they are not fertilized, then u can take them out so that she dont lay on them in vain
