There are many misconceptions about the B-complex vitamins. These vitamins don’t give you energy; rather, they help unlock energy from foods, especially carbohydrates and fats. Try telling your husband to consume more carbohydrates, particularly complex carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the body’s main source of energy and should makeup the majority of the diet. His energy-deprived body will thank you for it!

One-a-Day makes a vitamin called all-day energy. It's really helpful for some people. It has extra B-vitamins, plus biotin, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, potassium, and vanadium.

It's a safe way to balance out all of these vitamins in one pill, that's not too large.

GNC Mega Men - Seriously, I've seen them work! You will be amazed and so will your husband. They cost about $30 at GNC and contain 180 tablets. He should start off with one a day and then take 2 a day after about a week. I believe they need to be taken with food, but I'm not positive. It will say on the back label.

eating small meals every 2-3 hours gives body energy when it needs and has nothing extra left to store in fat reserves.
