If you don't mind reading it online, in all probability, it will be available for download on some or the other DCC or FTP server. For some time, its even available on HTTP, I think. If it is not, you can buy the ebook. They are usually a lot cheaper than the paper books, anyway.
Otherwise, you can try indiatimes... I get the best bargains there.

who told you that its price is $975 (unless you mean 975 in a totally different curreny)? barnes & noble will be selling it for at most $34.99. if you have a membership card you can save at least 10%.
i believe borders will also sell it for the same price. they also have a membership programme.
you can also pre-order it online at amazon, barnes&noble, etc.
