Follows a book that says slavery is ok. Discourages thinking for yourself. Spreads fear. It's an oppressive religion that spreads lies about anybody that does something they don't agree with. Wow, except for the slavery part, it kinda sounds like our government .

Yes. But for your information, in this society of men it is divided into two groups or govts. One is the spiritual govt and the other is the human govt. The spiritual govt is composed of the prophets / saints, priest, pastors, bishops, archbishop and cardinals, etc. This is ruled by THE LORD JESUS CHRIST in the spirit. Though, yet in the earthly plain these christian churches are imperfect until the 2nd coming of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. The human govt is composed of political leaders like Presidents, prime ministers, congressmen, senators, etc. But the purpose of the human govt and its history is only to forward them to the spiritual govt. Thus, christianity to the human govt called the govt of the beast by the Prophet Daniel is not relevant but to the spiritual govt, it is very relevant as it is ruled by the LORD JESUS CHRIST. Moreover, Christianity in the churches are the places of preparations of the chosen ones among natural men who will be made Kings over 10 galaxies, 5 galaxies and one galaxy and the queens of heaven-the prayerful groups of christian mothers/ women who will be under THE QUEEN OF HEAVEN In contrast, the political women leaders are called powerful women not prayerful. And the Christian church today is HIS bride-wife but yet an adulterous wife. The human govt is best described as mad, mad world, dog eat dog world and palaces of top Political leaders are called snakes pits. In fact in the prophecies of the BOOK OF REVELATIONS (18:1-3), the whole world will be demonized and will become a habitation of demons and evil spirits; that is why the wrath of GOD will come before the 2nd coming of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST to take over the reign of government from men. Although, this world is under the sway and deception of Satan as per divine plan as in spiritual sense, everything is under the goodworks of THE LORD who exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness over all the earth.

Most definitely. God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. He never changes and His Word will always be. Jesus is truth that is still knocking on hearts' doors wanting that all should live with Him forever in Heaven. It's not God/Jesus that's fading in the world, it's people that are trying to fade Him out because of self pride and ignorance as to who He is. Relevancy is in the heart of the person. For me, God/Jesus is most relevant and my faith never wavers despite of society. God bless

Are there still poor people to feed, homeless people to shelter, sick people to tend to, and hope to extend toward those who are suffering? Are there still wrongs to right? Yes, there are. And that means that Christianity is still relevant. Christ taught us to help relieve the sufferings of others, and to help our fellow man find peace. How could that message not be relevant in today's society?

Of course. If a person does not accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior they are going to end up in Hell and that's as true today as it was 2007 years ago.
