you never know - you just look at the scale after you have eaten them and the next day and then in a few days when you lose that water weight.
i know women gain water weight when they ovulate and then lose it as soon as their period starts and some women can gain up to 15lbs of water weight.
my point - you never know - it depends on your body.

Well, that depends on what you really eat like fruits and veggies with salt or you eat greasy cheese burgers with extra fries on the size. It really all depends on your weight, height and how much water and salt you consume. Personally, I cant eat salt 'cause it gives me heart problems but when I did, I used to gain weight 'cause I love water but I loved salt....ON EVERYTHING...lol. SO you would have to go talk to a nutritionist about a healthy diet so you wont gain so much water weight but my advice is to cut down on the salt before you have to go to the doctor for other things other than water weight......good luck tho:D
