I start up conversations with people I do not know all the time. Everyone has a story to tell. At times I am very humbled by what I hear. I used to go out in the community with disabled children and adults. ( as is my adult son) But so many of them were worse off than mine. I have never had a huge ego. I also have a disability myself. I can walk, drive. Many I know are back in wheelchairs, so if I had a ego it would be left at the door..
