First off, I'd like to say that I do not smoke, and also, they are spelled "Cigarettes"

You're answer is really interesting because it's totally valid.

First off, Cigarettes kill more people every year than weed does. This is only because it's used by exponentially more people than weed.

Weed is Illegal in virtually every large country, because it is a lot more intense then smoking a regular cigarette.

If you were just to judge weed and cigarettes by how deadly it is to a single person, weed is obviously worse. Weed is also a lot more expensive.

But overall because of the mass consumption, cigarette's cause more related deaths and are a lot easier to find.

So those are two answers for which one could be worse, my opinion is that you should not use either, because there are obvious losses, they don't only kill you, they kill your wallet and your social life.

"Weed" is illegal. C-i-g-a-r-e-t-t-e-s is the correct spelling. And the word is "worse," not "worser." You sound so young and for this to be on your mind is pathetic. Stay away from these both. "Weed" is worse, but that does not mean smoking cigarettes is an okay thing to do! Either way, you smoke, you die. It may not happen immediately, but if you continue the bad habit for long enough, it will.
Hope this helps! ;-)

Both have their own unique "bad points"... Cigs are legal and weed is not, unless you mean dried dandelions. So if you want to stay out of jail, choose Cigs. However you should know that Cig Smoke contains 100's of chemicals including a drug called Nicotine, that's the drug you get hooked on when you smoke. It's the chemicals added to tobacco that cause lung cancer.

Its Cigarettes. I think Cigarettes are way worse. i smoked both throughout highschool. When I grew up i stopped smoking bud without any problems, but I still have yet to stop smoking cigarettes. Although cigs are filtered and weed isnt, the chemicals in cigarettes are deadly and addictive. Weed is much more natural. Although for your lungs health it would be better to not smoke either.

Medically? It really depends on how you use it. If you were to smoke multiple joints daily, then marijuana would cause all of the ill effects of cigarette smoking, plus some of it's own, but taken in small quantities occasionally versus a heavy smoking habit, you're probably better off with the pot.
There is the fact that owning, selling, or using marijuana is a felony though, so the previous paragraph is strictly hypothetical.

Actually, it's spelled "cigarettes" and they're both bad for you. ANYthing you light up, and inhale will ultimately kill you. Don't buy into the hype that "Oh it's natural..." or "it's not chemically altered in any way like cigarettes are". Just a load of lies from people who probably do the stuff themselves and just don't want to admit it's dangerous for their health.

Want to inhale something? Try clean air (while you still can!)

It has been recently proven that marijuana does not cause cancer. Cigarettes are also addicting, weed is not. The healthiest way to smoke weed would be a vaporizer becuase it does not ignite the tars and stuff that go into your lungs.

weed is a natrual herb while it can cause respiratory issues, delayed reactions, increased social isolation, etc it is not a "dangerous drug, in fact has been medically proven to help people
cigarettes have been proven to kill because they are made with hundreds of different chemicals, many that are common poisons we use to get rid of "pets"

Well...weed is illegal. So there ya go.

Also, a spell checker is provided for a reason.
Please tell me you are at least 18 - otherwise, you shouldn't even be asking this.
