how do i retrieve emails lost when downloading into a space constrained microsoft outlook?

ok : according to " Express Mail Out look it's an different program that uses Office Microsoft only basicly for checking
the Inbox or saved as files after read .But delet those Bulk
E-mails yes they goes into the Storage Qouta Bin then detected as not found & any way you can't retrieve them at all
