well i asked him some questions but im all out of ideas give me stuff to talk about

Ask flirty questions if you are wanting him to ask you out. If you are just wanting to get to know him ask about current events or his hobbies and interests. If you are wondering if he is good boyfriend material think of the things that are deal killers for you, if you hate smokers, if you aren't interested in people who do or don't do drugs...
