No software is going to speed up your pc. You either have to pay for more ADSL, broadband, or if you are on dialup, get ADSL.

You must defrag., you pc.
Ctrl,Alt,Del, press all three keys at once and open your task mgr., Open processes and see what programs are eating up your RAM/memory resources.


Delete all the program you don't need that are memory hogs.

Especially if you are using Nortons products they will eat you alive. Delete them.

Go to your IE, tool bar and open tools, open, internet options, and delete, history, temp, files and all cookies.

You can use two free excellent program I use. Will clean up your HDD, and your registry and both will back up the registry to a restore point.

Run your antivirus program and make sure you don't have viruses as they will also slow down your pc.

Again, when is the last time you defrag, your pc. If you have not this will slow your system down to a halt. As all of your files, folders are fragmented all over your HDD, and they need to be put back together into one piece like a puzzle.
