My child is 22 months old and has to wear both bug spray and sun screen. Going with niether is not an option. Last week a bird was found and thought to have West nile and the nieghbours have a couple of ponds on thier property. So no escape from the bugs, and there is not much shade in our yard to stay out of the sun. Any help with some products would be great.

Try a product from Avon.. I think it's called skintastic. It has sunscreen and bug repellent combined. It has one for kids and one for adults..

I've read that getting products that combine both isn't a good idea, only because sun screen needs to be reapplied regularly. you should put sunscreen all over, before getting dressed. spray her clothes with bug spray before getting dressed also. once she's dressed you will still need to reapply sunscreen periodically depending on if she's sweating or in sprinklers or something. bug spray has a lot to do with the smell of the stuff, so if you spray the clothes you should be ok

Avon has a great product that has bug repellent in the sunscreen. you can look it up and order it online. Its better than buying two separate products. It should be just avon.com.

"Skin so soft bug be gone" wipes from Avon are best for toddlers and are safe to use all the time. I would think any sunscreen made for a toddler would be fine. You could use them together without fear of illness.

Avon has a product for kids and adults. It even comes in a towelette, so it's easy to apply. Good luck to you!
