When Jesus returns will he be put into a mental institution. If he tries to tell people that he is Jesus won't he be sent to a mental institution just like everyone else that says they are Jesus. What if he already came and was mistaken for crazy! oh no...

On the one hand, the Christian expectation regarding Jesus' return is that he will come on clouds, in apocalyptic fashion, and will defeat evil and reign over the earth.

On the other hand, the evidence from the New Testament is that Jesus and/or his earliest followers believed this would happen within their lifetime. Anyone who continues to believe in a second coming today ignores both that the fact that Jesus (if he said the things attributed to him in Mark's Gospel) was mistaken, and that the later writings of the New Testament (such as Luke-Acts and the Gospel of John) rewrote Christian belief as well as the story of Jesus so as to address this problem.

Yes It did happen. My daughter was put into the house of a known rapist, by the court system. They knew that the man she was placed with was investigated in 6 or more child molestation investigations.and is there now, or ran away or is dead. One Day when I was fighting the devil, A spirit came into the upper room where I was telling the devil of the law of God, etc. it said it was my daughter, that her grandfather had Finlay raped her to death, and she forgave me that I could not stop him. I began wailing and lamenting my grief. The police were called and I was hospitalized for 2 weeks. I am the lord Jesus Christ. Most of your Ideas are correct about my return. If you look at my profile you will get some more answers. Less than 50 people on this earth have told me the truth consistently, since I gathered the Dead. I am lied to and robbed so much I am homeless. I am returning to heaven, are you?
I can prove it because I can answer with the documentation of this earthly life, every one of the biblicaly and prophetically given answers to this question. This has happened to me before. I even have the scars on my Hands and feet, and wrists. Please read john 8:42 then look how my questions I ask, are answered as compared to other peoples...I smell a sign from God or something.

When He returns He will come as the sun in the east. There will be no one on earth who does not know He has returned.

When Jesus Christ returns in glory, the combined army of the world will be assembled against the nation of Israel and lay siege to Jerusalem. For three and a half years, two prophets will use the power of God to hold off the force of about 200,000,000 people. Then the prophets will be killed and their bodies will lie in the streets of Jerusalem for three days, while their enemies celebrate and lay waste to half of Jerusalem. A voice from heaven will call the prophets, who will be resurrected and raised up to meet the Messiah.

Just as the forces of the world Army are prepared to finish off the nation of Israel, and completely annihilate the Israelis, the Messiah will appear in glory on the Mount of Olives. At the touch of His foot, the mountain will split in two, the Jews will escape, and the Lord will destroy the majority of the Jews' enemies.

Everyone on earth will acknowledge that Jesus is the Lord, because everyone will know that it was He who returned.

I may get thumbs down for saying this, but I will speak my mind and don't care who doesn't agree with me.

Based on the question, who is going to believe that a man will proclaim he is God or the Son of Man. From my own theory, I believe he will arrive. But not like a man from the clouds and such. Perhaps as an intelligent individual as well as wise. He would more than likely respect others' rights.
I don't think he will attck someone who has different beliefs than his. He may solve alot of problems, that a normal individual can't. I don't think he would proclaim himself as a Christian, or any other religion. When Jesus was born, he didn't have a religion. (I may be wrong, if he was born a Jew. So all due respect.)

Secondly, I don't think he would be as fanatic like other individuals. Such as, thinking to have power is the destiny.
Vanity: Where people will always remember me for what good I done. And I don't think he would be rich to begin with.

Overmost, I think he would be born poor and see two sides of the world. I don't think he would ever be reborn as the same image of the Messiah. Perhap someone different. (remember he comes down like a thief of a night) He would probably look at the entire picture, rather than one little dot.
Mainly, he would be wise. However, this would happen after the world has gone through turmoil.

Many religous people believe this is after Armeggedon. I believe in choice to prevent that. But I do strongly believe he will come back. But he will not resemble the original Christ. More like an individual, where majority of people wouldn't find him popular. Until he provides solution to their problems. One thing. I doubt he would ever look at the church. But I may be wrong. After all, it is only a theory.

So give thumbs down all you like.

When you consider that the second coming was supposed to happen within the lives of the apostles and his followers have been waiting 2000 years for it, I think they're going to wait a hell of a long time.

Besides, isn't there supposed to be a great deceiver that comes to earth before Jesus and proclaims himself to be the saviour and all that? Then he raises a great army and invades the lands of the East finally setting himself up as lord of lords and king of kings? If so, unless that happens first and brings about Armageddon, Jesus ain't gonna be showing up.

I don't think that there will be any question in anyone' mind that it is the "real" Jesus.
Zechariah 14:4 identifies the location of the Second Coming as the Mount of Olives. Matthew 24:30 declares, “At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory.” Titus 2:13 describes the Second Coming as a “glorious appearing.”

The Second Coming is spoken of in greatest detail in Revelation 19:11-16, "And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war. His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself. He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses. From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, "KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."

When Jesus returns EVERYONE will know that HE is JESUS. Those who deny Him now He will deny before the Father- those who accept Him and bow to Him now will meet Him and rule with Him forever. He has not already come, or I would be with Him. When Jesus returns EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW!!

You make fun now, but in that day the Bible says every nation will see Him in His glory and will bow and confess He is Lord. He will have such a presence that He will not be denied by anyone, but, sadly it will be too late to be saved. We are not talking about a mere man, here. We are talking about Deity, the Son of God. He sits on the throne at the right hand of God now, but when He rises and comes in the clouds He will be fierce and powerful and blindingly glorious. There will be no one who doubts Who this is.
