You cannot undo it, but it's OK, if somebody gets a Thumb Down, it's not the end of the World (well, for some people it is, but they'll survive.)

I did that once- and emailed the person and apologized and edited my response. Don't worry too much about it though- but it is nice to see that someone cares about how others feel- thumbs up to your question!!
