Agreed. It is so important to bring your children up with strong moral values and respect of race, religion, and ethnicity of others. There are too many wonderful things to focus on in life, than to spend time hating others.

I don't think these people actually know they are doing it.
A lot of time religious people will teach hate towards homosexuality. That really gets me. Above all God taught us to love. I'm Christian and I teach my children understanding of other people. I want my kids to be open and respectful with their feelings and questions towards things they don't understand so that they can understand. That's the only way to push forward.
As for racism, I have no clue how this day and age even has racist people. I know many though. Including my in-laws. They make jokes, slurs, and are just rude about everything they don't understand but what's horrible is they don't even try to understand it!
I'm a lover not a hater. I teach my kids my own set of values--understanding, patience, and love. I don't know why anyone would want their kids any different then that.

I think most people are unaware that they are planting a seed for hatred when they make comments in front of their kids. Some are scared of other ways of life and some are just teaching all that they know. The world that we live in is not the same as it used to be. Some for the good and some for the bad. We just need to accept the things that we cannot change and embrace it and each other.

Some people may deliberately teach their children to hate; most, I suspect, have no idea they're doing it, and wouldn't recognize it as "hate" even if it were drawn to their attention. It's simply what they believe--and ALL people, I don't care who they are, believe they are right in what they believe. And most people, I suspect, don't even make a point of "teaching" their children their beliefs and/or hatreds; they're just something absorbed by the kids through watching and listening to their parents.

with the aid of fact it is all they comprehend. they even have been taught at a youthful age who and what they could desire to hate. they're basically passing it right down to the subsequent technology and so on. in case you're taught hate as a newborn then it does not somewhat appear like hate does it. fantastically if it is all they have known. As for do not blame all of it on the mum and dad remark, no it is not each and all of the mum and dad fault, however the determine is the single that could desire to be coaching the youngster that it is not o.k. to hate, not the church, not the faculty gadget, not buddies. the youngster is the mum and dad duty.

Parents teach their children what they had grew up learning, experiences and lessons their parents taught them. Sometimes they may convey messages of hate to their children, but it's just a matter of what they believe, and how they were brought up.

The parents teach their child/children to hate out of fear, for the parents a afraid of things that they do not understand or do not know. So, it is with stupidty that the parents teach their kid/s to hate others and to hurt them instead of trying to learn from them.

Because that is all they know and maybe they have a religion or race that did something against them so they teach their children to hate that particular race or religion.
