2 Eggs contain 400% of your daily allotment for cholesterol. Eggs are not heart healthy, but they contain alot of protein, and are generally enjoyed with breakfast. If your not watching your cholesterol, and you live an active healthy lifestyle, then 2 eggs should be fine.

i think of you're dropping attitude on what's a lifelike, healthful volume of nutrition in case you will possibly desire to ask if 2 products of toast is only too plenty. of direction it truly isn't any longer too plenty. As a breakfast it truly is low on energy and fat. i do no longer understand how tall you're, yet you will possibly might desire to be very short for 100lbs to no longer be underweight. i think of you're obsessing approximately nutrition and turning out to be to be irrational. it truly isn't any longer the path to a healthful physique and strategies (I even have been there). Take a step decrease back and attempt to look objectively at what you're ingesting. 2 products of toast, some fruit, and a few egg white is an incredibly healthful breakfast. As somebody else pronounced, i think of ingesting the full egg may be much extra clever.

That's a good breakfast, but you might want to make it larger if you're going to be busy during the day. Maybe grapefruit, or an apple, cut-up. Have fun! Just don't overload on the food so you won't feel crummy later. And don't have too light of a breakfast so you'll end up hungry when you don't have any time or money to get food.

NO
Just right
NOW try to order it at the resturant
Forget it !!!
Pancakes, Hash browns, bacon, sausage, ham,
and two eggs are cheeper than ordering your choice
Even the senior breakfast is cheeper you get the hash browns
BUT
THEY have to pay the rent and profit for the shareholders.
I think they measure the amount of waste to deduct at tax time.
I F I could get ONE egg and Toast like I do for myself for under $2.00 I would eat out.
You can't get there under $4.00

That doesn't sound too bad, I often have a couple of eggs scrambled on a slice of toast, as well as a couple of slices toast with butter and Vegemite.

No, it is better to eat a larger meal early in the day because you have more time to work it off. If you eat a large meal for supper it is more likely to turn into fat because your body doesn't have enough time to digest it all before you go to sleep... so eat a bigger meal in the morning and a smaller meal at night!
