No even close....you are looking at around 90kcal for yogurt, 90kcal for pretzels and about 400kcal for the salad....This is not healthy at all. Also you need fruit...which you did not mention. Eating a variety of food is important and if you want to lose weight just watch your portions. Remember 3oz is a serving of meat....and 1/3-1/2 cup is a portion for most foods...check those out if you want to watch what you eat

You should be eating more than that. Honestly i have tried many diets and many different pills. The one thing that worked best for me, believe it or not, is this diet called the asian noodle diet. I know it sounds weird but it worked 100% for me. I lost 15 in 2wks. I just did a search and found a website that explains the whole thing and gives you a weekly diet as well as receipes. Not for a healthy person. It is important to eat a wide variety of foods because each one contributes different nutrients to your diet. Check out the food pyramid for recommended serving sizes and number of servings per day.

So altogether thats 40 nutrition yet theres 2 people so thats eighty nutrition. if you're speaking about 1000 united statescash then heck yeah you've adequate reason thats $12.50 in preserving with meal you may spend.

i dont know calorie wise but health wise...you need to change your eating habits. it seems like you are trying to lose weight and think depriving is the best way to go but at the same time all you eat is junk.
you need complex carbs, protein, fruit and veggies in your diet.

fish sticks aren't good for you, try grilled chicken. also you need frits and vegetables and im not sure if activia has fiber, if not, you need that. and water. try takeing a vitamin
