I can. Anybody can. I think that non Hebrew or Arabic speaking people feel uncomfortable pronouncing foreign words correctly. All languages have some unique pronunciations within their structure. I think also that part of the problem is that they just don't know the proper way to say words, even common words borrowed from other languages or generally used words. Like the double l in Spanish, pronounced e not l.

If you are not used to pronouncing those sounds, it is rather like you are going to hark up a loogie.
(That means it feels like you have mucus stuck in the back of your throat and you feel like if you don't spit it out, you will throw up; so you work it up and spit it out.)
THAT'S WHY IT'S HARD FOR ME TO SAY THOSE CH'S OR KH'S

The sound doesn't exist in English, and people who are used to speaking only English have a harder time because they don't know how to use the muscles in their mouth and throat to form the sound.
I never had a hard time with it though....
