There is this old lady that likes one my friends. She is about 80 and he is 14, should they date each other? Is it Illegal? I know you may think its silly but i'm serious . . . shouldn't their be no age limitations when it comes to love? Also,if they were to go out, what should he buy her as a gift, is there anything elderly woman love to recieve?

Ever see the movie, Harold and Maude? Its plotline is about this sort of scenerio where a 16 year old guy, Harold, meets an outgoing 70 year old woman, Maude, and they fall in love with each other.
In society most people view this as 'gross' or 'distrubing' because it has been conditioned in our heads that there should be an age range that is acceptable for two people to be together. Because the woman is not viewed as a sexual person because her youth has left her and she cannot produce anymore offspring, she is considered out of commission.
What people don't realize is that some people have a very strong connection which may be interpreted as love, and there is nothing wrong with the connection or the interpretation. They're not hurting anyone with their bond. Once people think the relationship is sexual it becomes an issue, as if it offends them, which is fatuous.
I would advise that the 14 year old not 'date' this woman as this woman will probably tell him that she is not interested in him in this way. He is probably infatuated with her as she may have been giving him a kind of attention or advice he has never received before and is interpreting it in the wrong way. I would also advise him to just take this woman as a mentor, not a potential lover because of the statuary rape laws.

Inter-generation relationships...ahh, that's the stuff pulp fiction is made of.
I wouldn't exactly call it illegal, after all, any two people can love each other. Things concerned are 1) the woman MAY (just may) be filed for pedophilia 2) if they do get together, the boy may not be completely mature to enter a relationship (same-age or otherwise), and 3) society.
There's no limitations in "love" per se. but you know. It's kind of unorthodox. I don't think I helped, but I guess the most I can give is think of possible outcomes.
As for the gift. If it's really smitten love, i guess flowers? LoL

I think its fine if the kid likes her old crinkled asss, and long floppy boobs that hang down to her knees. There should be no age limitation to love, but maybe a opthamology appointment might be warranted before your friend decides to date the old bag.
If after the eye appointment, brain scan, and drugs for scitzophania are taken, he still wants this thing, then he should probably buy a wheelchair, a set of Depends, and marry her quick so when the hag kicks the bucket, he could get all her shittt!

80yrs old is really very too old to fall in love.... she may be dead before this guy really grown up..(at a age where he is old enough to have sex legally) who know how long she can stay alive..hard to say right?

That would be rape of a minor and she could go to jail. There should be an age limit to love - there is an age where you have puppy love and not real love. This woman can not give him children and be there for him for a long time.

they can date.. but no sex till he's at least 18, anything before that is statutory rape..
BUT how could you possibly have anything in common with someone who is 66 years older than you?

For one, that is illegal, depending on the state or territory, in general the youngest he could be is 18. Some states I believe you can be 16, but your partner cannot be two years older than you. So, when he turns 18, he would be legally allowed to date her. I personally think that is nasty, but whatever floats your boat. ..

I'm pretty sure that would be considered statutory rape and yes, it is illegal. Also, very creepy and odd. I'd tell your friend to stay away from her if you really thinks she wants to date him. Maybe she's just being a nice old lady and your friend is the one that has the crush, not her?

Dude her going out with him is illegal and gross. Tell him to find a girl his own age. This lady will be dead by the time he is 25 most likely.
