I believe if there is any regard for one's spiritual condition that they have not sinned in the sense referred to in these passages.
Notice the description in Chapter 6 is of a mature Christian, one thoroughly acquainted with truth and spiritual realities.

I would say: A Person that is truly concernd about a Sin He has committed after becoming a Believer, and has asked God to Forgive Him,can get up and go on with God:-----God doesn"t hold a Confessed Sin against You;That is why I Love Him so: Man may hold a Sin against You,but God doesn"t.
Look at King David,a Man after God"s own Heart::
One more King Manessah a most wicked King, but Repented
before He Died and God Forgave Him/

The answer to your question is found in this passage.
2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
If a person is sorry about the consequences of sin in this life and not sorry that they have sinned against God then that is worldly sorrow. They are just sorry that they got caught or had some negative result occur because of their sin. Instead of seeking to repent they are trying to figure out how to sin some more and not have anything bad happen to them.

you can be helped after falling away. it's just hard, that's all. being a dog that returns to its vomit is bad (the first stage), then if you continue you're like a dog swimming it its vomit basically (stage two, not from Bible, i just coyuldn't think of the analogy), and then there's stage three, salt that has lost its saltiness.
rock salt use to be used for preservation of meat and as a fertilizer. but with repeated washing, the salt begins to lose its potency and eventually can't work properly. then its almost useless. that's why you hsouldn't be in and out of Christianity.
but I believe there is hope. it takes a lot of effort and dedication, but you need to be willing to do absolutely anything God instructs you to do, and you have to hold up against being rejected by the world and being rejected by the church.

If you have accepted Christ as your Savior and believed that He died on the cross to save you of your sins- then He is always ready and willing to forgive you of any sin. But, if you continue to commit the same sin over and over and over - even after you have asked forgiveness for them- You will recieve punishment from God. Sometimes its big- sometimes its small. But- this should never make us think that God is just an angry person ready and willing to punish you- GOD IS LOVE- He will always forgive- and He knows what you need. Sometimes though, your need might be punishment. if you need anything else- email me

God gave you a conscience for a reason. Is "sin" an absolute? What if you "sin" but it is for a good reason? Do you still go to "hell"? I guess nobody can know for certain. Do what you think is best; and be prepared to justify your actions.
