I have to go with you won't be pulled over in either case IF you are obeying all the traffic laws. On the other hand, having the moped on the road may violate the traffic laws in and of itself.

Lemme think about this I'd have to say that if you were on a car I'd be more likely to pull you over, thats a major safety hazard. Now if you the choices were IN a car or ON a moped and you were obeying all traffic laws then I'd just keep on keepin on.

All the answers that say you wouldn't be pulled over are crap...........If you wear a hat, look like you are under 30 and are driving anything exactly the speed limit they will get suspicious. Truth is, pass them....go within five of the speed limit, don't follow, don't switch lanes, don't try to turn off (they catch onto this one quick), just mind your own business and don't look back. If they catch you checking the mirror several times, they will pull you over in a second......................
