Our mission as Christians is to spread the Gospel. Seems that alone does what she calls a ministry. A rose by any other name is still a rose. The Gospel frees mankind from all sorts of man made doctrines. It's good.

I think it's a great idea as there are hundreds upon hundreds of cults that preach opposite The Truth.
There are also hundreds upon hundreds of ministries to help folks out of doctrinal bondage, too. Do a google search and you might find such like-minded ministries.

Just a question. Has your friend studied all the faith's on earth. Has she tested her faith by knowing all faiths in depth. Does she know by studying all faiths, not through assuming her parents taught her was right, What "the right path".is
Has she taken a good amount of time to worshiping side by side with those of different faiths to learn what there faith is or does she just assume everything else is brainwashing. Or did she reserve her studies to those taught by other Christians who have no real knowledge of the subject except what another Christian taught them. And I am not taking about your typical Christian taught college class that washes down anything but Christianity and put a negative slant on other faiths and in many cases outright lies.
If not she should not be a minister of anything. There are far to many "ministers" who are their faith by default and have no real clue about the faiths of others. Do you want to be to take the chance that you were wrong only because you assumed you were right without looking at anything else?
If she has not studied all the religions of the world in depth.
Than she is the ones who is Brainwashed! Do you know that most ministers that go to higher studies like Harvard divinity school never actually take the pulpit they end up being in human services fields. I know why DOES SHE?
Live and let live. You can choose to follow whatever faith you like, but only God knows the right path so she should be careful what she calls Brainwashing. It just may be that they know more than her. Let God do the Guidance. He puts faith in the hearts of those he wants to guide.

With many the phrase "walk in the spirit" means to walk by what you feel and just ignore what the clear teaching of the Bible is. Maybe a ministry needs to start to get those people back to the Bible.

It's true that there are some Christian denominations that really lay it on thick as far as making rules for Christians. It's just that God does things that many of us do not know about. We can be ready to contend with those who are frustrated by their denomination, but if God wants a certain things to be done by us, he will make it clear.
One of the worst things that a person who has the truer vein of light to do is to act like everyone else; try to save someone who doesn't want to be.
So I suppose that if you that she is getting prepared to help others who need it, I guess that's a good thing.

Allow me to be the devil's advocate.
1. First, you'll have an extremely narrow mission field, making it not as easy to find folks to minister to.
2. Any ministry needs a grounded doctrine. You have to know what you believe. For example, if confronted with the doctrine of tongues, it is hard to sidestep the issue with either party.
That being said, best of luck. I wish you the best and hope you take my feedback as constructive.

I think if you turned it into a "ministry" then it would eventually grow and the people would create their own anti-doctrine. And it would be that church's doctrine. But its a nice idea.

I think the approach is wrong. Going to a person who disagrees with you, and saying "you have been brainwashed, let me help you," is almost guaranteed to make the other person reject you. While her commitment to her faith is laudable, she may be more successful simply talking to people about their own beliefs and desires, and, over the course of time, presenting her own.
