Bring an additional copy of your resume and any other pertinent materials to an interview. This varies depending on the job. If you have previous experience and you've received awards from it or done projects on it, bring those in. They never hurt.

As for things to ask at the end, ask about what you would have to do to receive a higher position in the company. Ask if they typically hire from within. If you seem interested in opportunities for advancement, you will impress employers. They do not want to see what you're willing to give now, they want to see what you can and will do for the company in the future. Keep your mind on the future, and try to dress for a position that is 2 ranks higher than the one you applied for during the interview.

You need a Resume, a cover letter if you have one ( i personelly dont use them), and a seperate sheet with your Refrences
I had my resume's done professionally ( i had to take a week long job class - more or less the do's and don't on how to get a job) and they recommend you put " Refrences upon Request" at the end of your resume and then have a seperate sheet with those

NEVER ask how much you'll be earning -they turn thier noses up to ppl like that
DO research on the company before you go to a interview -
When they ask " Tell me a little about your self " they don't actually mean, YOU personelly they really dont want to hear if you have kids, or a husband, or stuff like that ( alot of ppl make that mistake or so my Instructers told us they do)
I normally don't have any questions to ask them - most of the time they seem to tell me everything I was going to ask before i ask (lol)
Dress profesionel for the type of job your going to a interview for
for example if you were going to a interview to work in a factory you wouldnt wear a really nice dress or a suit you could actually wear a nice pair of pants ( like khakies) and a nice shirt
they recomened to wear Plain Clothes no shirts w/ sayings or "funny" pictures on them , Flowers are okay (for women lol)

I don't think you need to bring anything. What's more important is to be dressed appropriately, arrive on time and if at all possible, know something about the company. (Shows an interest in them) Questions at the end? Depends. They might well answer all of your questions during the interview. I don't think you need to make anything up.

I usually take along a copy of my resume, a pen and a yellow legal pad. I ask about benefits, vacation and pay/bonuses.
