I have a 6 pack...but some of it cannot be seen because my ribs stick out! I do plenty of sit ups, and I can't do more than 15 push ups at once.

Is there anything I can do without weights? Or weights that are only 5lbs?

It's very hard to bulk up at your age 'cause your still growing.
My brother's 17 and he's pretty big.(185 @ 6') What you have to do is add a lot of protein to your diet (at least 1 gram per pound) also add some multivitamin to that diet. Just keep up with the weights and stay on a good diet. You will also want to stay away from all those products that promise "great things" there normally a rip off and sometimes very bad for your health.
...take it slow and don't give up!!!

You need to gain weight, you are way underweight for a male and your height. Maybe you have hyperthyroidism, it causes your metabolism to speed up by 50%.
You should atleast weigh 150 for your height. I suggest lifting weights, I am sure you can lift 15 lbs. I am 5'5, and 110 lbs and I can lift a lot for how little I am.

Eat healthy. Eating a lot of healthy foods maintains your body, unlike fatty foods which just give you more health probs. Eat well and excercise or do activities regularly and don't push your body by excercising more than your body can take. Genes is a big factor as well, but as adolescents, we're still growing so do your thing and give it time. :)

This may sound crazy to you, but if you dont want to get involved with training in a gym lifting weights, you can enroll in a Karate or Kung Fu class. They will train you to fight and do "forms" this will help you with overall body strength. Also wrestling and boxing are very structured around overall strength.

If i'm not mistaken, high weight, low rep workouts (with weights)
will make the body increase it's production of HGH(human growth hormone).
Which equals muscle growth.
To obtain, or maintain muscle tone- arobic exersizes.
