At a non-religious function, the last time was about seven years ago, at a going away dinner for an Air Force officer.
Truly the last time was at a squadron Christmas party last year. A prayer for the troops was said.
Doesn't bother me usually. The only time I suggested it was not appropriate was when the coach at my son's baseball game about 8 years ago had the kids pray for a victory.

I live in the South (Texas). The answer is all the time. Board meetings, PTA, parades, homecomings, football, school programs, club meetings, luncheons, Relays, whatever. It's a good thing.

That is great. I think this world would be a better place if more people prayed. I can't remember the last time I went to a public meeting or gathering where they prayed (other than church). Although we do pray before our meals (in restaurants and at home).

Last time I went to a Nascar race. I do not bow my head but I will just stand quietly while everyone else prays.

A few months ago at a school senate meeting. I sat through it, but I didn't stand or bow my head. Got a few looks for that one. Also sitting out the pledge earned me a few looks.

I've been on strike. I refused to go to my graduation ceremony for that reason (that and the fact that Laura Bush was scheduled to speak and I don't support her politics).
I also avoid ball games and whatnot.
