Does anyone know any beaches in the NYC area that allow grilling and have grills there for public use?

I believe Manhattan Beach in Bklyn. has grilling area and grills....but I wouldnt use them. Bring your own charcoal grill. Cleaner! =)

At Jones Beach, Long Island, there are grills at Field 6. It's on the eastern side and there is a wooden fence closing off the grilling area. You need to get there at about 8 a.m. to find a parking space. That particular field fills up fast.

Riis Beach. do a search for it on the internet. its in far rockaway i believe. its a state park and they have grills etc
