For the Israelites it went from 70 family menbers to 603,550 in 215 years.
Adam lived 930 years Gen.5:3,5;
Methusaleh was 243 yeas old when Adam died, he has 726 years to die in the flood year at year 1656. There could have been 8 times the amount of the israelites in the earth then and violence was earth wide to cause the flood.

It was likely millions. We actually have no idea how many people were on the earth at this time. There is nothing in scripture to indicate how many people were here, but I believe it would be safe to assume there were probably millions due to the time people were on earth between Creation and the flood. It was a long time, and there would have been lots of babies born.
