I believe that the fastest 43 cars qualify.

Th next thing they will have is if you have a relative that has won a championship then you get to qualify automatically.

No. And having the top 35 cars in owner's points locked into the race is also good. The cars that run fast during qualifying are not necessarily the ones that'll run fast during the race. All the teams that are out of the top 35 tune their cars so they can run 2 fast laps but the race trim is completely different.

Yes they should, and while they are at it, get rid of the top 35 being locked in to the field. I want to see the fastest 43 cars race.

Take a look at qualifying in NHRA, it is the fastest 16 hot rods in each division, no provisionals!

Past champions provisionals are going to stay, like it or not. I'm in favor of making it Top 30 in owner points, leaving 13 spots open for other drivers to make it in.

I would hate to see the big names out of a race, but i think it should be the fastest 43 cars every week!

YES! And they should also do away with that stupid top 35 automatic in bull. they should all have to race their best to get in and the 43 fastest are in and the rest go home.

They should get rid of all the provisionals and make it the fastest 43 race.

i dont think so. i do like the way they did it this year and set a limit on how many a past champion gets per year. dj has already ran out so now he has to make it on time or points. i think the limit gives a better chance to newcomers who have to qualify on time.

Only if they go to the top 43 fastest cars in qualifying.

No, they are champions. Becoming one is a huge accomplishment. It should be a perk that comes with it so, no they should not get rid of its past chamlpions provisionels.
