The key to reducing the itching is moisturizing. This can be done with the use of aloe vera. Not only does it moisturize it cools the skin as well.

This is wierd i know but make sugarfree tea. use a rag or something to rub it on your sunburn. It helps a streaky tan too. it evens it out and makes it stop burning and itching. trust me i went to FL and got a BAD sunburn, it really helped. Hope that helps for u!

Pure 100% Aloe Vera. It works very good for burns. It's impressive! Make sure it's 100% though. Cocoa Butter lotion is also very good, after the healing has begun.
