Bill Elliott won it the first year it was offered, you had to win three of four races (Daytona 500, Winston 500, World 600, and Southern 500). I heard no mention of it at this year's World 600, does anybody still offer the million dollar prize?

There was a million dollar race on May 19th (Nextel Open - no points). Martin Truex, Jr. won it. Winston is no longer affiliated with NASCAR, so some things have changed. And as of next season, Anhauser-Busch will be pulling out and the Busch races on Saturdays will be called something else. I'm not sure if this is what you were talking about, but I hope it helped answer your question anyway.

Winston is no longer the sponsor of the cup series. Nextel is the new sponsor. I think that they got rid of it because it was so hard to win and now when the sport is so equal where iny one can win with the right equipment and crew that no one would win it.

It was changed to the No Bull 5. Then Nextel took over.
