You have to exercise along with changing your eating habits. Diet and exercise are the two components to losing weight.

60 minutes on a treadmill is good, but you should also incorporate other machines to your routine. Your body can get used to one thing and you may not benefit from it as you once did. Try the elliptical and the StairMaster.

You should add some sort of weight training as well. It doesn't have to be much to begin with - You can buy a set of dumbells for about $25 or less at Walmart.

Strength training will help you lose body fat, and keep it off. Muscle burns calories even while at rest. Perform the weight routine before the treadmill to get your warmed up, as this will increase the results of your cardio.

Plan a healthy diet, drink a lot of water.

more. i have just lost 32 kilos on my treadmill. make sure you are eating right of course!! I started off doing twenty minutes, then thirty, then forty, then 60 minutes, every month or so i would increase the time on there. I now do 90 minutes, but won't increase from there. 60 minutes is enough though of course, just increase the pace to lose more weight. I found that when i increased the pace and length i lost heaps more weight. It depends if you are running tho, if you run the whole time 60 minutes is more than enough!! I just walk on mine, and then do the last 5 minutes running. Good luck!!! My treadmill is my new best friend!! I bet you will look super hot when you are done! congrats on your awesome efforts!! :o)

The fastest way to lose body fat is cardio, but weight training is also important. at the beginning of last year, i was 190 and fat, so i worked out hard all year, cardio and weight mixed, and put on 20 pounds of muscle, while burning all the fat, so i'm a slimmer person at 210 than i was at 190

Keep this specific meal between 400 and 800 calories. Serve yourself a smaller sized portion, so if you like returning for seconds, you'll just turn out eating a normal-size portion.

Add veggies to baked products. You'll never even taste this zucchini in these brownies or perhaps the sweet potato in these types of cookies.

its a bit too much. you only have to do 30-50min of cardio (ideally 45min) 4-6 times a week and combine it with light weight training so you wouldnt lose muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism)
