I know in countries like Argentina, Uruguay and Chile, they use the pronoun, "vos". How do you conjugate verbs with "vos" (I know it's conjugated like "vosotros") , because I might visit Uruguay and I want my Spanish to sound less "foreign", si eso tiene sentido. No sé. It's not conjugated like "vosotros", it has a whole conjugation of its own.
For some verbs, it changes, for other verbs it's the same.
Examples:
Tú eres= Vos sos (you are)
Tú vas= vos vas (you go)
Learning to conjugate verbs with the pronoun "vos" is a little complicated and can not be explained in only one question... However, to make your life simple, you can never go wrong with "usted", which is accepted everywhere in Latin America and Spain. ("Usted" uses the same conjugation of "él/ella")

If I remember my grammar lessons from 'many moons ago', you don't conjugate pronouns. What you conjugate is the verb that goes with the pronoun... Right? I know it doesn't answer your question, but it may help a little.
Regarding the conjugation of the verbs, it somewhat depends if you are from South America, or from Central America (Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, etc.)

En los paises que mencionas el "vos" lo utilizan de diferente forma, yo soy de Guatemala y aqui lo utilizas cuando tienes mucha confianza con alguien y en lugar de llamar a esa persona por su nombre lo sustituyes por el "vos" ejemplo": vos tomas mate o Juan tomas mate o Tu tomas mate como puedes ver el "vos" se utiliza como si fuera el pronombre "tu" y los verbos no cambian, a menos que estes hablando en pasado o futuro. Respecto a lo de sound "foreign" si no creciste en Uruguay te vas a escuchar "foreign" hagas lo que hagas, asi que no te preocupes y diviertete en Uruguay.

Well I am from Puerto Rico, but we tend not to use it, but I tend to do so and have an understanding. It depends for "Vos" you can say 'A vuestra merced' (at your mercy) 'Gracias a vos' (Thank you) or Vuestro honor (your honor). But the trick is how it also turns to 'os' i.e. os teneis (d'you have) os viera dicho (should of said something) and another is 'sois bello/a' (you are beautiful) Sois=you are/are you?, Sois Americano? It's kinda like tu but with some variations for example you would say, bebés, comés, estudiás, cantás, vivís, sentís, etc....
