im 16 and about 6'1 and weigh 175-180 pounds i eat 5 meals a day, but i dont think its enough, i added it up and its like 1600 calories a day. I work out a lot, at least 5 times a week. Everytime i eat more then i should i gain a little bit of weight, and cant seem to go lower. Even the calorie calculator says i need more calories, but i am afraid to go any higher, or else i might put weight back on. What should i do? cut more calories, or accept my weight, and tone up a lot more, then eat whatever i want? any help would be great.

i think you have a good weight and your body is just trying to tell you that it feels most comfortable at his weight. if calorie calculator tells you need more then you do need more. you might gain a little bit at first but as soon as your body gets used to it you will start losing fat again.
