You should be fine. I lost 60 lbs when I was 20 years old in 3 months and never had saggy skin. It's different when you're older, but young skin is pretty resilient. Of course, I'm sure it would help if you did some cardio and strength training. I lost my weight from running and dieting...had I not ran I may have had saggy skin.
Congrats on the weight loss and good luck on achieving your goal.

The reason that your skin gets saggy is because you are very obese and you have been for a while. Lets say that you are 250 lbs and have been that weight for 10 years and now you are losing weight all the way to 130. Then yes, you would have to worry about saggy skin. But you are only 19 and couldnt have been a little overweight for long so you will be fine. Also 146 isnt very heavy. Good Luck losing the weight

Everybody is different and there is no way in telling but if when losing the weight your doin it healthy by working out then what is suppose to be saggy will be muscles. If you lose it by eating yogurt or something you will probably have saggy skin.

If you are also working out doing cardio and aerobic exercises, you should have little or no saggy skin especially at your young age. You are SO smart to be doing this now when your skin is most elastic. Good luck on your plan!

Saggy skin can happen to anyone regardless of age. However, younger people are likely to have less of a problem. For a total of the 18 pounds you say you intend to loose, you won't likey have a problem.

If you want to avoid sagging skin, you should lose no more than 2 pounds per week. Any more than that, and it is difficult for your body to keep up. Small amounts of weight loss at a time keep your body in check.

if you lose more than 1-2lbs a week by starving yourself and not eating healthy and exercising you might have saggy skin.

your body will adjust quickly. you have to be really, really overweight and lose it fast to get saggy skin. the numbers you mention aren't going to do that..
