well I'm not a girl but i can already tell abs are everything
push ups sit ups, core work is key. don't weight lift, it doesn't burn fat just puts muscle under it. running is the best u can do

your average joe suits me fine. i like a man with a bit of meat on him, and i don't care if he is bald or fit or pudgy as long as he is loyal and true, has a good work ethic, strong morals and has a good heart!
