How do you upload anime episodes from DVDs to your computer to use as clips in anime music videos?

On my computer, I use RealPlayer to watch movies but I want to upload the dvd clips to my computer and save them. Please help :3

Since DVDs have technology that prevents things like what you want to do, it can't be done.
