My girl wished i could satisfy her sexually and even wanted to leave bcos i couldn't, due to PE. I tried foreplay but she always wants me to thrust in and when i do, i ejaculate within a minute, leaving sexually frustrated. I want to know if women really place emphasis on sex in a relationship and if they respect the man that could satisfy them sexually and if so what do i do to keep my girl and gain her respect and loyalty.

I suffered the same as your girlfriend. The best thing for you is to go talk to a doctor and get advice on a course of action to fix your problem. From what I've heard, you don't have to suffer from this forever. There are exercises and psychological techniques they can recommend to improve things. Some of us need a man to last longer (and even 5 minutes isn't enough). No amount of alternate stimulation replaces the real thing. So go get yourself ready to please your woman (and if it's not this one because she wouldn't wait, you'll be able to make your next woman happier than you could right now)
