Why would all 4 speakers fail at the same time. 93 Ford Probe?

Have you checked the fuses? Is it possible that the one for the radio is out?

If it's a stock system, then the factory amplifier may have failed. Most Ford Probes were equipped with a factory amp. It's located under the side panel near the right rear speaker.

The factory amp has its own 15-amp fuse in the vehicle fuse box, below the driver's side dash.
