Alright so here's the deal! I have been talking to one of my guy friends that I've liked ever since like 8th grade. Well he just got out of a 2 year relationship, and is looking for a new girlfriend. I have NEVER had a REAL relationship and I can TOTALLY see us together...all we talk about is our interests in other people and how we are looking for someone to make us happy since we haven't been for a while. Well I'm like SO in love with him and I just can't get the nerve to tell him. I would flirt with him, but since I haven't had a relationship before, I'm really bad at it! I've asked him how he would want to find out if a girl liked him and he said he would want her to flirt with him...wow DILEMMA for me! ugh!! so I just don't know what to do!! besides this girl that he DOES like...is like GORGEOUS!! so it's no competition...should I leave this alone, or go for it and if i do....how?!?! i'm so confused!

The other girl being gorgeous doesnt matter. You have an upper hand on her. Youre his friend and you two know each other very well.
It was cute that you asked him how he wants a girl to show him he liked her... ask him again. Say "ok... um.... if a girl whats you to know she likes you and she cant flirt too well, then whats another way to show you?... Something that I CAN do"... tag that at the end of it. See what happens...

go for it, he might feel the same about you just nervous like you are to bring it up, just tell him, tell him you need to talk to him, and say" you know what we were talking about what we like in a relationship, i see that in you", and see what he says, dont say it word for word, but something along those lines to get it started, hope it works out for you

I really think if you do like him, to talk to him calmly. Don't talk about how you don't like his girlfriend. If you don't think it will work, tell him that if he ever needs someone you'll be there. And that if he is alone you would like to date him.

just be yourself and tell him that you like him its ok to be nervous but just keep your head up with your eyes on him and tell him with a good smile on your face and tell him how you feel. Good luck and wish you the best

well... you should tell him to sit down and talk to him about how you feel about him and tell him how long you liked him soo he will know how u feel and then ask him to somewere like out to.. i dont know but somewere and it will all fall into place it takes time just do what i told you and after that email me and tell me hoow it went thanks bye GOOD LUCK!! :)
