you should have got it cleaned up by the doctor or you nearest A&E.
put some warm water in the sink with a cap full of dettol or tcp in it.
Bath it for a little while but not till your skin wrinkles that will be to long.
You will need a shot from your doctor just incase the dog was a carrier of anything.
Dry hand & keep away from dirt etc keep hand dry. You can get gauze etc from your local chemist cut out a thumb hole & start to wrap around your hand crossing over your thumb each time. Cut the last bit up the middle so you can tie it around your hand, Do this daily along with the bathing, it will soon start to heal. If any weeping starts or the skin changes colour starts to smell get to the A&E it is infected

DO NOT use soap to wash your hand. Soap carries bacteria because it is wet then left to dry, you need antibacterial items like the ones mentioned above

Assuming the bleeding has stopped, first thing to do is wash it well with warm soapy water. I think the current thinking is to avoid putting hydrogen peroxide or alcohol on it. My kids are allergic to neosporin, if you aren't, maybe you could put a little of that on it. try to pull the edges of the wound together and, depending on the size, use a band-aid, or use gauze and wrap it for the night.

I really recommend a doctor. If you aren't going to one, call a vet. The vet should be able to give you good advice about treating a dog bite. Hope all is well.

You really should go to the Dr or hospital. Some dogs can carry bacteria that can cause a problem. Also You need to have the police or authorities notified of this as you don't kow if the dog may have rabies or something else.
A dog bite if that serious should not be treated by you it needs to be seen by a doctor immediately.
Good Luck.

Find some animal salve or some bag balm. It will sting pretty bad but it takes out all infections, thats just temporary however, you need to get to a doctor soon and clean the wound often, any infections could end up removing the um body part.
Good luck!

Run cold water over the wound until it stops bleeding. Pat dry with paper towel and put gause over it. See a doctor as soon as possible. A serious consideration, if you don't know the dog or its health condition, is hydrophobia; which should be treated as soon as possible to avoid serious problems. If it's a neighbor's pet and has its tags, it's probably ok to just clean and dress the wound. But if you're not sure, go see the doctor or a local free clinic, if there's one in your area.

You should go to the doctors sooner rather than later. They will be able to treat it and give you something to stop an infection. My dad was bitten by a dog on the ankle a couple of years ago and he didnt go to the doctors, when he finally did go the infection had spread up his leg and they had to cut a huge hole out of his foot, ankle and calf because the muscle had gone rotten. Yuck!!!

Soap and water, peroxide if you can handle it. Neosporin as well. I'd recommend a trip to the dr. though, contrary to what people believe, dogs still harbor bacteria in their mouths. Best to get some antibiotics, and make sure the dog was up to date on it's rabies shots if possible.

You need to go to the ER for treatment. The mouth of dogs carry hundreds of bacteria that can cause severe infection. Wash your hand with betadine solution which can be purchased at a drug store. Pick it up on your way to the ER!!!

First put Peroxide or alcohol on it. Then a band aid. After that go to the doctors office. Then when the doctors get you fixed up go to the owner and tell him what happened. If its a stray then you have to get the pound on it.:^( What did you do to get the dog to bite you? Just curious. :^)
