There are universal laws. God lives by them, that is why he is God. God teaches them to us, so we can become like Him. The universal laws include:

* LOVE (the most important one)
* faith (trust that makes expansion possible)
* hope (one never fails until one stops trying)
* humility (the ability to be taught)
* patience (nothing is rejected out of hand)
* loyalty (trustworthiness.... permanent connections/unity)
* connectedness/unity is God's way.... families are forever.
* respect procreative powers and acts
* respect life
* respect free will (and personal accountability)
* benevolence
* courage
* inspiration
* work/effort = reward
* forgiveness/mercy
* justice

Other universal laws include
* gravity
* orderliness
* all intelligences (eg atoms, etc) will obey goodness and light
* there must be opposition in all things - good, bad; light, darkness; happiness, sadness; etc.

That's all I can think of right now (yawn!)

I gotta go to bed!

Considering we currently know only of ourselves in this universe, not to mention the many other universes, I would say you can't really call anything a 'universal spiritual law', they do not exist.

I believe there is such a thing as Absolute Truth, but that it is often so complex, infinite and multi-faceted that we cannot adequately perceive it. If there were no Absolute Truth, there would be nothing to perceive. But since there is, and we in and of ourselves cannot fully perceive it, we must depend on each other to add our realizations until collectively we refine and perfect our understanding.

Peace to you.

Absent a workable definition of spirituality, it is impossible to say. So far, I have not encountered such.
