Favourite breakfast is usually mango cut up with a yogurt. Sometimes a whole wheat waffle with a tiny bit of syrup, she always has fruit with her breakfast like mango, banana etc.
For lunch a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and banana mushed up on it. Afternoon snack is usually apple slices with cheese (real cheese) not slices. And dinner is whatever we are eating, just cut up into smaller pieces. Treats are raisins. I don't let her eat a lot of junk. Her favourite thing is also a smoothie, made with a banana, milk and yogurt in it, she thinks it is a milkshake. This is just a sample of one day, luckily my daughter likes a variety of food and isn't a picky eater.

I have a daughter who is 15 months old. These are what she loves:

Breakfast:
Eggs or Grits, I also just started cold cereal and she ate it!

Lunch/Dinner:
Chicken nuggets (cut up) Hot dog (cut up) Broccoli (cut up) Easy mac n cheese, easy mac alfredo. She used to eat green beans, but she doesnt anymore! And spaghetti n meat sauce, mashed potatos
Also if we have something for dinner like beef stew or something, I would send it thru the food processer, and she loves it most of the time. I was surprised that she loved the Baked catfish she ate off my plate. She loves shrimp too (cut up)

Snacks: Broccoli, if she didnt eat it for lunch. Yougurt, gram cracker, rtiz cracker, vanilla wafer.

She doesnt like much else. I'm sure as she gets older she will like more rounded things. Im just happy she eats what she does, and its not to hard to prepare

My son is 3 and he's a very good eater. For breakfast he usually has oatmeal, toast, pancakes, waffles, frosted mini wheats, or a peanut butter sandwich. For lunch he likes peanut butter sandwich, chicken, mac n cheese, or hot dog. Dinner is usually what we have--chicken, steak, spaghetti, meatloaf, pizza, sandwich, etc. With every meal he has at least one fruit or veggie--carrots, apples, corn, green peppers, pineapple, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, oranges, pears, peaches, plums. Treats are usually an apple, but he gets suckers and gum too. Mostly he drinks skim milk, but he'll drink water (especially in the summer) and occasionally gets a capri sun.

Some of the things he won't eat:
broccoli
cauliflower
tomatoes
peas
ribs
ravioli

eggs and grits, maybe some sausage too for breakfast. (all of which can be made in the microwave if you dont have much time or arent a cook)- grits have alot of iron, which many toddlers lack, especially after switching from the breast or formula to cow's milk, same goes with plain cheerios- tons of iron
pb&j, hot dogs or chicken nuggets for lunch, or anything by chef boyardee
dinner- usually whatever we have, cut into finger food. if we have spaghetti, i make a small batch of macroni noodles to put sauce on, its easier for a toddler to spoon. cut up whatever meat we are eating, etc. my son will eat almost any raw veggie u give him, but wont touch them cooked.
snacks usually fruits, raisins, yogurt, pretzel sticks. i have to really limit fruits, he would choose to live off them if it were his choice, but they upset his stomach easily so i give them to him in small portions with a string cheese stick.
as for treats, i usually give him the fruits he loves because he loves them so much and they are healthier than cookies, but he does get the occasional cookie. i dont believe in snack cakes and stuff, thats a bad habit. i used to give him chocolate milk though, which i know is kinda bad, but at least it would get him to drink the milk. but now that he can drink out of a regular cup, i give him white milk. the novelty still hasnt worn off, lol. he will drink anything out of a "big boy cup". its a good way to get him to drink plain water too.
hope some of that helps. kool-aid and snack cakes (anything with zero nutritional value) is not allowed in my house.

Its form of problematical to tell because of the fact i take advantage of the grazing technique. many times do a platter of meats/cheese/apple/banana or a bowl of pasta for tea. Breakfast...cereal with milk or toast with mutella/vegemite etc. She snacks on bananas, ice cream, yoghurt, biscuits, ham/cheese toasted sandwiches. She drinks ice water, cordial occassionally, fruit juices, typical milk (with or with out flavourings). If Im getting nutrients/drink for myself I ask her if she needs what Im having or an determination. She frequently asks me for nutrients if she's hungry or for a drink yet i'm going to observe out for her....ie if she eats a salty situation, she'll in all hazard want water. If she eats a choc bikky then milk could be nicer. I dont degree...in simple terms furnish small quantities...if she likes, she would be able to continually ask for...greater, pwwwease?

my nephew is preschool aged (he's 3) but he loves for:

breakfast- oatmeal, pancakes, or cereal, sometimes fruit as well.

lunch- he normally has a sandwich of his choice, some fruit or a couple cookies or a mini chocolate bar. we like to give him an option.

dinner- he eats what we eat. so chicken, meat loaf, etc plus potatoes and another veggies.

for snacks he loves chocolate but we try not to give it to often.
cookies, rice cakes (flavoured though), bowl of fruit or veggies with dip, etc.

he's a very good eater and we like to keep it as healthy as possible but we know children love sweets.
